UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic is hosting an online ‘Evening for Hikers/Walkers’ later this month.
Date: Thursday, 12th September.
Time: 7 pm to 8 pm

This event is open to the public and not restricted to hikers and walkers. It is suitable for anyone interested in learning how to best maintain fitness levels as they get older, preventing walking injuries, and managing hip and knee arthritis.
